Former Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton responded to Trump dare saying that she should join the Democrat presidential primary race by saying: “Don’t tempt me.”
“I think that Crooked Hillary Clinton should enter the race to try and steal it away from Uber Left Elizabeth Warren. Only one condition. The Crooked one must explain all of her high crimes and misdemeanors including how & why she deleted 33,000 Emails AFTER getting “C” [Congressional] Subpoena!” Trump said in a tweet.
Hillary Clinton responded to President Trump, saying “Don’t tempt me. Do your job.”
There have been rumors that Hillary Clinton could run again in 2020 but nothing official has come from it. The former first lady has made several media appearances this week to talk about her 2016 loss.
Hillary Clinton has repeatedly told reporters that she is not going to run in the 2020 election. She recently told New York News 12 in March, “I’m not running, but I’m going to keep on working and speaking and standing up for what I believe.”
Clinton has spoken out recently about the Trump-Ukraine phone call scandal that Democrats are using to begin impeachment hearings into the President.
After President Trump asked China to investigate Biden, Clinton responded to the issue on Twitter:
“Someone should inform the president that impeachable offenses committed on national television still count.”
Clinton is currently on a tour to promote her new book, “Gutsy Women,” and recently appeared on “The View” and “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”
The Washington Post described the book as,
“It is very easy to picture this book being unwrapped. It’s harder to picture this book being read, cover to cover, with a sense of delight. Mostly, it feels like a laborious collection of Wikipedia entries on women and girls you’ve already heard of — Helen Keller, Harriet Tubman, Anne Frank — plus a few you might not have, like Somali obstetrician Hawa Abdi or “Sesame Street” creator Joan Ganz Cooney.”Washington Post: “Hillary Clinton is the one that got away. But isn’t going away”
